Flash Actionscript Countdown v3.2

The above counter is counting down to March 1st 2006. It will stop at 000:00:00:00 if that date is already past. The countdown color is set to 00CCFF. The background color is set to #CCCCCC via the bgcolor parameter.

This counter is counting down to 8PM, May 14th. After that point in time is reached, it will start counting down to the same date the following year. The ticking sound effect is activated.
