Block level commenting
Block 1. Block level commenting allows the user to attach a comment to a certain block level element in the post. Click the button below the post to activate it (if you have Javascript activated). The script parses the ids of the comments to see which block they belong to, and adds a flag to each block that has existing comments. It also makes the blocks clickable. A click on a block isolates that block and it's comments. It also writes the id of the block (generated when the page is loaded) into a hidden field in the comment form, allowing this information to be passed to the server-side script handling the comments.
