Read about it in the N.Y. Times. They've got more time to write about this stuff than I have. (It's Christmas Eve, for God's sake! Get away from the computer!)
"branding" "retail" and all that other crap are not to be confused with Christmas.
Christmas has nothing to do with those items.
In fact, it would be in the retailers best interests to MOVE their "greed holiday" to the summer when its warmer out and more people are apt to shop and spend.
Keep Christmas out of the stores. Please.
