Firefox on the rise

One Stat has released statistics showing that Firefox now has just under 13% of the world-wide browser market, which is obviously still significantly less than IE's 83%.
Interesting for me are the figures for Germany, where IE has only 56%, followed by a (comparatively) whopping 39% for Firefox! Wunderbar! Never had the Germans pegged as early adopter types, but then again, they are inherently suspicious of corporate behemoths and the like.

I was under the impression that Firefox had a larger global market share as well. Oh well.
