Actionscript developer job offer

I'm looking to employ a fulltime Actionscript programmer at the Robert & Horst / webguerillas office in Munich.
- Basically, I need someone who knows his/her shit when it comes to developing complex, entertaining, database-driven flash websites.
- The ability to use Actionscript to deliver creative and innovative technical solutions is a must. Technical know-how should be brought into the creative process.
- LAMP experience is a plus.
- Oh yeah. Fluency in German is a must.
